Exams

You will take two proctored exams in this course. The midterm exam comes midway through the course. It covers the material in lessons 1 through 4. The final exam covers only the material presented in lessons 6 through 9. Each exam is worth 110 points; the two exams represent 60 percent of your course grade. Exam questions are based on the assignments. The questions won’t be in exactly the same format, but they cover some of the same material. Therefore, when you are preparing for the exams, be sure you review the textbook reading, the assignments, and the comments and suggestions provided by your instructor. Make sure you read the exam tips in lessons 5 and 10. These lessons explain how to apply for and prepare for the midterm and final exams. They also include practice test questions. You should use these review sections as tools to gather your thoughts and to prepare for the exams. Please see the student handbook for more details about the exam process and other procedures and policies.
